WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTEN 00/100 ($10.00) dollars, lawful money of the
United States, paid by the party of the second party, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns &the party of the second part forever,
ALL that cedain plot, piece or parcel of land with the building and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and known and designated as plots 19,
20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 in Block 'E' as shown on a certain map entitled 'Map of Reydon Shores, Inc., Bayview,
L.I., N.Y., in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York', made July 22n~, 1930 by Daniel R. Young,
P.E. and L.S. and which said map was filed in ~he Office of the Clerk ol the County of Suffolk, PJverhead,

Being also described as: 1750 Reydon Drive, Southold, New York.
Being the same premises as were conveyed to the party of the first part by Deed dated September 13, 199 I, recorded
September 20, 1991, in Liber 11377, Page 586.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, &the party &the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises granted unto the
~arty of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
&the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Reydon Ddve distant 381.95 feet southerly from the extreme
southerly end of an arc of a curve which connects the southerly side of Shore Drive with the westedy side of
Reydon Drive;
RUNNING THENCE southerly along the westerly side of Reydon Ddve and along an arc of a curve which
bears to the left having a radius of 875.00 feet and a length of 180.65 feet;
THENCE westerly along the division line of lot 24 and lot 25 as shown on the above mentioned map 136.00
feet;
THENCE nodherly at a right angle to the last mentioned course 180.00 feet;
THENCE easterly at a right angle to the last mentioned course, 143.60 feet to the westerly side of Reydon
Drive and the point or place of BEGINNING.
