lawful money of the United States paid by the party of the second part, does hereby brant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and imProvements thereon erected,

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed
dated November 17, 1986 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November
24, 1986 in Liber 10175 page 442.
TOGETHER with all right~ title and interest, if any, of the patty of thc first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises lo the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights ofthe party of the first part in and to said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party o£the second part forever.
AND thc party of the first part covenants that the party of thc first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the flint patx, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for thc purpose of paying the cost oflhe improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "pm'ties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or pamcl of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, County o f Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot N6.22 on a map
entitled, "Map of Nunnakoma Waters at Southold, New York", and filed in the Office of the Clerk
ofthe County o fSu tYolk on July 9, 1968 as Map No. 5126, which said map is bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Wampum Way at the division line betw~n
I.ot 22 and Lot 21 as shown on .said aforementioned map;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Wan~pum Way, South 10 degrees 41
minutes 00 seconds Fast, 21.3.14 feet to a monument;
THENCE southwesterly, then northwesterly along the arc of a curve that connects the
westerly side or Wampum Way and the easterly side el'Tepee Trail, a/'k/a Tree Trail, said arc of a
curve having a radius of 36.86 feet, a distance or 105.65 feet;
THENCE along the easterly side of Tepee Trail, a/k/a 'Free Trail, North 26 degrees 27
minutes 50 seconds West, 195.08 feet to the division line between Lot 22 and Lot 21;
THENCE along said division line, North 63 degrees 32 minutes 10 seconds East (Map),
(North 62 degrees 32 minutes 10 seconds East) (Deed), 130.29 feet to the wcsterly side of Wampum
Way and the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with thc right of use oftbe streets, private beach and boat basin as set forth
