erected, situate, lying and being at Southold, Town of Southold, County o1' Suffolk and State
of New York, known and designated as and by Lot 16 on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Paradise Point Section i filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 4/I 1/63
as Map No. 3761 and a descriptive parcel, which said lot and descriptive parcel when taken
together as one parcel are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Robinson Road, said point of beginning

RUNNING THENCE Southwesterly along the northwesterly side of Robinson Road along the

No sanitary disposal facility shall be installed or constructed within I00 feet of the
edge of the marsh or the edge of Southold Bay.
Erosion and sediment control measures shall be required during and immediately alter '
construction on each lot to insure that storm svater runoff will not carry eroded m~d
other deleterious materials into Southold Bay and the wetlands svithin the parcel.
