Map Number 3761, which lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Basin Road at the south-
westerly corner of land now or formerly of Sinning;
RUNNING THENCE North 84 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds West along the
northerly side of Basin Road 100.03 feet;
TEHNCE South 83 degrees 26 minutes 50 seconds West along the northerly
side of Basin Road 50.91 feet;
THENCE North 4 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds East 218.00 feet to the
ordinary high water line of Town Harbor;
THENCE along Town Harbor a tie line course and distance of South
88 degrees 24 minutes 20 seconds East 150. 16 feet to land now or formerly of
Sinning;
RUNNING THENCE South 4 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds West along said
land 218.00 feet to the northerly side of Basin Road the point or place
of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by Deed dated 1/25/82, recorded 1/28/82 in Liber 9135 page 477.
