paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release nun the party of the second part, the heir\

E. 71.23 feet; thence along said land of Gordon the following five courses and
distances: (1) S. 32° 30' W. 45 feet; thence (2) N. 600 11' 10" W. 28.30 feet;
thence (3) S. '44° 02' W. 59.83 feet; thence (4) S. 290 48' 50" W. 53.86 feet;
thence (5) S. 45° 25' 30" W. 70.82 feet to Southold Park District; thence N.
220 05' 50" W. 80.01 feet to land of Gomez; thence along said land N. 450 25'
20" E. 100 feet; thence along lands of Gomez and Horne N. 22° 05' 50" W. 180
feet to land of Krupski; thence along said land N. 45° 25' 30" E. 8 feet to
land of DeMaria; running thence along said land two courses and distances as
follows: (1) S. 27° 15' 50" E. 130.64 feet; thence (2) N. 830 19' 40" E. 74.63
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to rights-of-way for purpose of ingress and egress to lot owners to
the west of the premises described herein over "Park Place" and "Memorial Park
Lane".
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated July 28, 1993 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on October 8, 1993 in Liber 11647, Page,413.

the first part,will -receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read ''parties"whenever the sense of this indentltre so requires.
