erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,

BEGINNING at an iron pipe set at the northwestci'ly comer of land conveyed or about to be conveyed
to Richard J. I lasey and wife and being the northeasterly comer of the premises hereinabout to be conveyed;
THENCE RUNNING along said land conveyed or about to be conveyed to Richard J. Hasey and wife
South 4g degrees 53 minutes West 100 feet to a stake and the ordinary high water nmrk of Corey Creek;
THENCE northwesterly along said ordinary high water mark of Coney Creek, 63 ~-'et, more or less,
Io a stake which is North 58 degrees 03 minutes West 63.0 feet from the last described point;
THENCE along land conveyed or about to be conveyed to Ilelen K. Ooldin. North 22 degrees 01
