Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and being more particularly bounded and
described as follQws:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Robinson Road where the same is intersected by the northeasterly line
of land now or formerly of Douglas R. Bamard Trustee for the Jessica W. Barnard Qualified Personal Residence Trust;
RLrNN1NG THENCE the following two courses and distances along the southeasterly side of Robinson Road:
1 .) Northeasterly along the southeasterly side of Robinson Road along an arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius
of 177.00 feet and a length of 45.44 feet;
