C~un+y C~erk's cfficc, and BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same
premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deeds ~ecorded
in Liber 6492 Page 191 and Liber 7111 Page 243.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the flint part, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the helm or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that tbe pmly of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and xvill hold the right to receive such consider-
ation as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
an3, other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying
and being at Bayview in the Town of Southold county of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the Northwest corner of
the premises herein described where the same is intersected by
the Southerly line of land now or formerly Neefus and the
Northeast corner of land now or formerly Mark S. & Anne McDonald
and which said monument is South 66 degrees 57 minutes 10 seconds
East, 200.00 feet from a certain monument set on the easterly
side of a certain Fifty (50) foot right of way extending easterly
from Paradise Point Road and from said point or place of the
BEGINNING;
RUNNING THENCE South 66 degrees 57 minutes 10 seconds East, along
said land now or formerly Neefus, 473.87 feet to the apparent
high water mark of Southold Bay;
THENCE along said apparent high water mark of Southold Bay on a
tie line bearing South 33 degrees 53 minutes 19 seconds West, a
tie distance of 248.30 feet to land now or formerly Doris Davis
Donald F. Laventhall;
THENCE along said land now or formerly Doris Davis & Donald F.
Laventhall, the following three (3) courses and distances:
1. North 66 degrees 52 minutes 10 seconds West, 258.50 feet to
a concrete monument;
2. North 23 degrees 07 minutes 50 seconds East, 100.00 feet to
a concrete monument;
3. North 66 degrees 52 minutes 10 seconds West, 180.00 feet to
land now or formerly Mark S. & Anne McDonald;
THENCE North 27 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds East along said
last mentioned land, 143.67 feet to the concrete monument at the
point or place of the BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH a right of way in common with others 50 feet in
width extending from Paradise Point Road to a certain 20 foot
right of way; and together with a right of way in common with
others 20 feet in width extending easterly from the aforesaid 50
foot right of way of the westerly line of the above described
premises.
