paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

County of Suffolk on 4/4/75 as map no. 6241, said lot being bounded and
described as follows:
tat BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Horseshoe Drive,
said point being distant 275.00 feet northwesterly from the northerly
end of a curve connecting the northerly side of Middle Road and the
southwesterly side of Horseshoe Drive; thence from said point of beginning
South 390 54 ' 00" West 292.82 feet to a monument; thence North 500 30, 351,
West 128.00 feet to a monument; thence North 350 32 ' 0511 East 284.47 feet
to a monument in the southwesterly side of Horseshoe Drive; thence along
the southwesterly side of Horseshoe Drive, the following two courses and
distances: (1) South 540 27 ' 55 East 104.50 feet; (2) Along the arc of a
curve bearing to the right having a radius of 775.18 feet a distance of
45.50 feet to the monument at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated October 3, 1984 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on March 28, 1985 in Liber 9761 Page 28 .
