Mattituck Creek and to Mill Road.
The Party of the First Part reserve for the benefit of themselves, their
distributees & or legatees, successors & assigns an easement for a
Right of Way for ingress & egress of pleasure vehicles over and on the
most Easterly 121y feet of the premises immediately North of the pre-
mises hereinbeing conveyed ( namely the parcel designated 3 on the
Minor Subdivision made for James Maros & Mapped July 1, 1981 by \
Roderick Van Tuyl P.C. & amended October 5, 1991, April 29, 1982 & August
10, 1982), said--12! feet being named ARVANS WAY.
The Parties of the Second Part, their distributees, legatees, successors,
and assigns shall have no right to the use of said Eight of Way, for
access to and from the premises hereinbeing conveyed, to Miller Road
or otherwise. The right to the use of said Right of Way & such Road
shall be and is hereby deemed to be, solely for the benefit of the
First Parties, their distributees, legatees & at their option, to their
successors & assigns. No interest or any right of title is being
conveyed to the Parties of the Second Part, to said ARVANS WAY.
The Parties of the Second Part, in behalf of themselves, their Legatees,
their distributees & their successors & assigns, agree, that at no
time shall they, their distributees & or Legatees, and their Success-
ors and assigns, BUILD OR CAUSE TO BE BUILT OR ERECTED, any struc-
ture or road, whatever, upon the premises hereinbeing conveyed,
which shall project or extend within 10 feet of said Right of Way
known as ARVANS WAY & the Parties of the Second Part, in behalf of
themselves, their heirs, distributees, legatees & successors & assigns
COVENANT, NOT TO INTERFERE WITH THE USE OF SAID ARVANS WAY, IN ANY
FORM OR MANNER.

The parties of the Second Part, in behalf of themselves, their heirs,
distributees, legatees, successors & assigns, COVENANT AND AGREE, that
at no time shall they buil3 or cause to be built, any structure on or
to remove or cause to be removed, any of the foliage, trees, shrubbery
or any natural growth contained within the most westerly 50 feet of the
premises herein being conveyed, immediately adjoining the property
of E. JAHN, located immediately to the WEST of the premises, herein-
being conveyed.
The Premises hereinbeing conveyed, being part of the premises con-
veyed to the Grantors herein, by Deed made by Ross H. Wick, dated
10/5/79 & recorded 10/12/79 in Liber 8710 Page 155.
