WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second Part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

State of New York, bounded and described as follows :

Little Creek; thence along the ordinary high water mark of Little Creek
in the Easterly and Northerly direction 765.00 feet, more or less, to a
dredged canal; thence along the dredged canal in a Southeasterly direction
440. 00 feet, more or less, to a stake and land of Martin; thence along said
land and through a stake and three concrete monuments South 4° 071 00" East
650. 00 feet, more or less to a concrete monument in the Northerly side of
Bay Avenue; thence along the Northerly side of Bay Avenue South 870 01' 20"
West 375. 00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated June 6, 1978 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on June 13, 1978 in Liber 8443 Page 544 .
The party of the second part has simultaneously herewith executed and
delivered a purchase money mortgage in the principal sum of $550, 000. 00
which mortgage is *intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
