SUBJECT to covenants, easements and restrictions of record, if any. Premises more commonly known as 1200 Sound Beach Drive, Mattituck, New York 11952. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated June 18, 1964, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 5567, Page 92, on June 29, 1964, and by deed dated April 30, 1969, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 6545, Page 399, on May 6, 1969. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the app itrtena[ices and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
