Bay along a tie line bearing of South 71 degrees 33 minutes 00

Milicent Tufano;
THENCE North 07 degrees 33 minutes 20 seconds East along said land

RUNNING THENCE North 76 degrees 35 minutes 40 seconds East along
said right of way 70 feet to the monument at the point or place of

TOGETHER with the benefits and subject to the burdens of a certain
right of way as contained in deed recorded in Liber 5733 cp 447 .
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors
by deed dated July 3 , 1986 and recorded August 7 , 1986 in Liber
