TOGETHER with the benefits and subject to the burdens of a certain right of way as contained in deed recorded in Liber 5733 cp 447 . BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors by deed dated July 3 , 1986 and recorded August 7 , 1986 in Liber 10096 , cp 226 .
