MCDONALD, being married to each other and residing at 16 Hastings Street Dix Hills, NY 11746 party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, I ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as parts of lots 203 and 204 on a certain map entitled, "Amended Map A, Nassau Point", and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 8/16/1922 as Map Number 156, said parts of lots taken together, being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Cove Road at the northeasterly most end of an irregular curve connecting the northeasterly side of Wunneweta Road with the southeasterly side of Cove Road; RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning northeasterly along the southeasterly side of Cove Road along an irregular curve bearing right having a tie line of north 53 degrees 25 minutes 10 seconds east 204.44 feet to a point; RUNNING THENCE through lots 203 and 204, south 11 degrees 23 minutes 40 seconds east 186.94 feet to a point; RUNNING THENCE along the dividing line between lot 204 and lot 205, south 78 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds west 170.00 feet to a point on the northeasterly side of Wunneweta Road; RUNNING THENCE along the northeasterly side of Wunneweta Road northwesterly, northerly and northeasterly along an irregular curve having a tie line of north 19 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds West 101.06 feet to a point on the southeasterly side of Cove Road, the place or point of BEGINNING. The word "parry" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
