point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by deed dated
6/15/92 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County
on 6/16/92 in Liber 11484 page 018 .
RESERVING, however, to the party of the first part the exclusive
possession and the use and enjoyment of the rents, issues, and
profits of the above-described premises for and during the natural
lifetime of the party of the first part, with the party of the first
part to pay for all maintenance and repairs, water and sewer charges,
insurance charges and taxes relating to said premises.
