WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece orparcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being in the
SEE SCHEDULE "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Being and intending to be the same premises as described in Deed Liber 11842 cp
223 recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 7/22/97.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Bayview, Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and described as part of
Lots Nos. 11 and 12, on a certain map entitled, "Leeward Acres at Bayview" and filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 4, 1971, as Map No. 5599, and
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the Southerly side of North Bayview Road, distant the
following two courses and distances from a monUment situate at the intersection of the
Southerly side of North Bayview Road, and the Easterly side of Jacob's Lane:
1. South 73 degrees 20 minutes 30 seconds East, 417.10 feet;
2. South 73 degrees 03 minutes 30 seconds East, 326.93 feet;
THENCE from said point of beginning nmning along the Southerly side of North
Bayview Road, the following two courses and distances:
1. South 73 degrees 03 minutes 30 seconds East, 11.30 feet;
2. South 73 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds East, 3.70 feet;
THENCE running the following two courses and distances through Lot 12 and then Lot
11:
South 16 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds West, 216.30 feet to a monUment;
South 73 degrees 02 'minutes 50 seconds East, 184.96 feet to a monument situate
at the division line between Lots 10 and 11, on Map of Leeward Acres at Bayview

THENCE along the division line between said Lots 10 and 11, South 16 degrees 57
minutes 10 seconds West, 184.13 feet to a monument;
THENCE running along the division line between Lots 11 and 12 and Lots 35 and 34,
North 73 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds West, 199.92 feet, to a monument situate at the
Southeasterly comer of Lot No. 13, on Map of Leeward Acres at Bayview;
