BEGINNING at a point on the Northeasterly side of Liberty Lane (a Private Road)
distant.! 78.16 feet Northwesterly from thc comer formed by thc intersection oftbe Northeasterly
side of Liberty Lane with the Southeasterly side of Colonial Road (a Private Road);
RUNNING THENCE North 57 degrees 34 minutes 10 seconds West, 150 feet;
