distant 650.00 feet Northeasterly from the corner formed by the
intersection of the said Northwesterly line of Seawood Drive with
the Northeasterly line of Seawood Drive, said point of beginning
~]so being where the Northeasterly line of Lot 27 as shown on said
above map intersects the said Northeasterly line of Seawood Drive;

the said Northeasterly line of Lot 27, a distance of 125 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 26 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds East a
distance of 100 feet;

along the Southwesterly line of Lot 25 as shown on said map, a
distance of 132.58 feet to the said Northwesterly line of Seawood

of the first part by deed dated July 27, 1995 and recorded
August 9, 1995, in the Office of the County Clerk of the County

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, ofthe party ofthe first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting tho above described premisas to the center lines thereof, TOGETI IER

receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose o£paying the cost of
the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before
using any part of the total ofthe same for any other purpose.
