WITNESSETH,that the party of the firstpart,in consideration of Ten Dollars and'other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party .of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

County of Suffolk on August 16, 1922 as Map No. 156, said lot being more particu-
larly bounded and described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Nassau Point Road where the same is
intersected by the division line "between Lots 25 and 26, said point being distant
301.01 feet northerly as measured along the easterly side of Nassau Point Road
from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Nassau Point
Road with the northerly side of Carpenter Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along the easterly side of Nassau Point
Road north 12 degrees 43 minutes 30 seconds west 100.03 feet to the division line
between lots 24 and 25;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line north 78 degrees 36 minutes 50 seconds east
416 feel: to the mean high water mark of the Peconic Bay;
RUNNING THENCE along the mean high water mark of the Pecon:ic Bay on a tie line south
10 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds east 100.02 feet to the division line between
Lots 25 and 26;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line south 78 degrees 36 minutes 50 seconds west
412 feet. to the easterly side of Nassau Point Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
The above premises are known as and by the street address: 4365 Nassau Point Road,
Cutchogue, New York 11935.
BEING AID INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
by deed dated August 24, 1989, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
September 11, 1989 in Liber 10926 at Page 404. A more current and precise metes
and bounds description is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Schedule A.
