Bargain and Sale Deed with Covenants - Individual THIS INDENTURE, made the first day of June, two thousand one BETWEEN MARTHA EAGLE, formerly known as MARTHA PRINCE, residing at 1785 Seawood Drive, Southold, New York, party of the first part, and WILLIAM S. EAGLE and MARTHA EAGLE, husband and wife, both residing at 1785 Seawood Drive, Southold, New York, party of the second part, NITNESSEIH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and re[ease unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second party forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, as more fully described on Schedule "A" annexed hereto: BEING and INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party o£the first part by Deed dated April 3, 1992, and recoi-ded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 27, 1992, in liber 11527, page 257. The premises herein conveyed are not subject to a credit line mortgage. Premises also known as 1785 Seawood Drive, Southold, New York.
