Number 2-g75, described us follows:
COMMENCING at a monument set at the intersection of the south llne of North Bayview Road and
the west line of Seawood Drive; and running thence South 25 degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds West
136.0 feet along the west line of Seawood Drive to a paint; thence North 64 degrees 04 minutes 20
seconds West 125.0 feet along laud now or formerly of Edwin Sieber to land now or formerly of
Seawood Acres Inc.; thence North 25 degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds East 118.54 feet to a monument
set in the south line of North Ba)wiew Road; thence South 72 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds East
126~1 feet along the south line of North Bayvicw Road to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parD* of the first part by deed
dated April 3, 1992 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 27, 1992 in
Liber 11527 page 257.
TOGETHER with all fight, title and interest, if any, of the party of thc first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOG. ETHER with the appurtenances and all the cs'tare and rights of the party of the Iirst part in and to said
rO HAVE AND TO HOLD thc premises hcrein granted unto the party of the second pan, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the panT of the second pan forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party oflhe first part has not done ~r suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except es aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first part~ in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the paxty
of the first part will receive the consideration for this eonveyanee and will hold the fight to receive such
consideration az a Irust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment o£the cost of the improvement before using any part of the lo~al of
the same for any other purpose. The word ~party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.
