of Suffolk and State of New York, known and deslgnated as and by Lot No. 53 as shown on a certain
map entided "Map of Leeward Acres ~t Bayview" and filed in the Off;ce of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on June 4, 1971, as Ivlap No. 5599 being more particularly bounded and described nccerding to
