Map of Reydon Shores, Inc., Bayview, L.I., N.Y., in the Town Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y., and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, Riverhead, New York, on July 1st, 1931, es Map No. 631; said northwesterly comer of Plot No. 19 being 543.60 feet distant from a stone monument set on the eastedy side of Oak Drive and on the westerly side of Plot No. 5 Block D of said map and said stone monument being 153.60 feet from the northwesterly comer of Plot No. 6 in Block D on said map, and said parcel of land being 90 feet frontage on Oak Drive and 165 feet in depth. SAID PREMISES also being known as 870 Oak Drive, Southoid, New York 11971. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and dghts of the pa~ of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
