RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of BEGINNING along the easterly side of land now or
formerly of Helen Veritz and land now or formerly ofTheodore Shimlick and Bridget Shimlick, North 5
degrees, 45 minutes 00 seconds West 29'7.95 feet to the southerly side of land now or formerly ofthe Town
of Southoid;
THENCE along said lasl mentioned land the following two courses and distances:

September 21, 1990 recorded in thc Office ofthe Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 3, 1990 in

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
