WITNESSETH, that Grantor, thc Referee appointed in an action by GMAC Mortgage
Corporation against Winston Hewitt, et al., as Defendants, foreclosing a Mortgage recorded on
September 21, 2000 in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 19764 at Page
134. pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered by the Supreme Court of the State
of New York, Suffolk County, on April 9th, 2002, and in consideration of Eight Hundred One
Thousand Dollars ($801,000.00) bid by Glenn Behr, being the highest sum bid at the sale under
said judgment, does hereby grant and convey unlo Grantee and the heirs, executors,
administrators, st~ecessors and assigns of Grantee forever,
ALL that certain plot, piecc or parcel of land, with thc buildings and improvemcnts
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in New York, thc County of SulTolk, and the State of
New York, being more p',u'ticularly described in Exhibit A attached hcrcto and madc.a part
hereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances sad all thc estate and rights of grantor in and to
said premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD thc premises herein granted unto Grantee and the heirs.
executors, administrators, successors and assigns of Grantee forever.
~ND thc party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that thc pray of the first part will receive thc consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to bc applied first for the purpose of paying thc
cost ortho improvement and will apply the same first to thc payment ortho cost of thc
improvcmcnt before using any pan of thc total of thc same for any other purpose.
