paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

William H. Wasson through a monument to ordinary high water mark of Great Peconic Bay at the
bulkhead; running thence south 40° 25' 10" west 67.92 feet along ordinary high water mark at the
bulkhead on Great Peconic Bay to a point; running thence north 19° 23' 50" west 441.91 feet along
lands of Natalie C. Schott to a monument on the southerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard; running
thence north 46° 48' 20" east 70.0 feet through a monument along the southerly side of Peconic Bay
Boulevard to the monument at the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to Peconic Bay
Boulevard adjoining said premises to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part, if any, in and to the
lands under water of Great Peconic Bay adjoining said premises and any and all riparian right in said
Bay, if any.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same deed conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
August 9, 1957 and recorded in the Clerk's Office Suffolk County on August 13, 1957 in Deed 4344
Page 279.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to anv streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHEk with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
