DIST. BEGINNING at the intersection of the northwesterly side of Youngs
1000 Avenue (private road ) and the northeasterly side of Cedar Drive
(25 foot private road) ; running thence along the northwesterly side
SECT. of Youngs Avenue, South 51 degrees 56 minutes 10 seconds west, 150.00
106.00 feet to the land of the map of South Shore Acres, Map No. 41, said
point being distant 150 feet southwesterly from South Drive; thence
BLOCK along the last mentioned land South 37 degrees 53 minutes east, 150.47

Mattituck Development Co. , Inc. Map No. 776; thence along said last
LOT mentioned land North 52 degrees 07 minutes east, 150.00 feet to the

and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
