BiltmoreMortgage Corporation dated December.1,1992, in the principal sum
of $100,000. 00 , which mortgage was recorded on December 9, 1992
in Liber 18414`, page 569, in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office,
on which there is now due and owing the sum of $81, 952.18 and
interest, which the party of the second part agrees to assume
