NUHFER residing at 255 Summer Lane, Southold, New York,hereinafter referred to as the party of the first part and PHILIP MULLEN and CLAUDIA GREENE, residing at Oaklawn Avenue , Southold, New York, hereinafter collectively referred to as the party of the second part. G- Vn^ (-C, -7, v!o W �� WITNESSETH That the party of the first part, owner of parcel 1000-078-9-11 in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, owner of parcel 100-078-9-6 does hereby grant and convey to the party of the second part an easement and right of way over a twenty foot(25 it.) gravel driveway for purposes of ingress and egress over that portion of the premises owned by the party of the first part which right of way runs in an easttwest direction approximately 120 feet in length leading from the easterly portion of the property owned by the party of the first part to property of the party of the second part, which right of way is further depicted on a certain survey made for Nancy A. Nuhfer and Thomas F. Nuhfer dated September 2, 1987 and amended on August 25, 19988 by Peconic Surveyors, P.C. which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. IT IS FURTHER AGREED that no parking shall be allowed by either party on the gravel driveway and that the party of the first part shall have full and complete access to his work shop (framed shed) at all times.
