part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and wilt apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Number 16 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Corey Creek
Estates of Bayview" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 15, 1967 as Map
Number 4923, which lot is bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Corey Creek Lane where the same is intersected by the division
line between Lots 16 and 17 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE the following two courses and distances along the easterly side of Corey Creek Lane:
1) Northeasterly along an arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 370.00 feet a length of 75.00 feet:

THENCE Northeasterly along an arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 25.00 feet and a length of

feet to land now or formerly of Emil Conrad;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Emil Conrad, South 8 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds East, 110.00 feet;
