ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land. with the buildings and improvemenls thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Southold. Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York.
being known as Residential Unit 30 in the Building (hereinnfter referred to ns the "building")
known as the Norlh Fork Beach Condominium in the County of Suffolk and Slate of New York
said Unit being designaled and described ns Residential Unit No. 30 in n certain Declaration
dated 7-8-85. made pursuant to Article 9-B o£the Real Property Law of the Slate of New York
(hereinafter referred to us the "Condominium Act") establishing a plan for condominium
ownership of the Building and the Land (hereinafter refencd to as the "land") upon which the
Building is situated (which land is more particularly described in the Declaration recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, on 7-12-$5 in Liber 9829 page 142 and amended by

Block 01.00 Section I.'45.01 District 1000 of the county of Suffolk on the Tn.x Map.
