LEANDER B. GLOVER, JR. , residing at No # Cox Lane, Cutchogue, New York and
DEBRA M. DARRESS, residing at No 11 Deep Hole Drive, Cutchogue, New York, as
joint tenants with the right of survivorship.

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being:�tkbgc on the westerly side of Cox Lane, Cutchogue, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point ori the westerly side of Cox Lane, which point is distant 477 feet
north of the intersection of the boundary line between lands formerly of Leander B.
Glover and Freda L. Glover, now Leander B. Glover, Jr. , and lands formerly of John
Pietrewicz, now of Daniel A. Kaelin with the westerly side of Cox Lane;
RUNNING THENCE from the point of beginning in a westerly direction along other land
of Leander B. Glover, Jr. , on a course which is parallel with the northerly line of
land now or formerly of John Pietrewicz, now of Daniel A. Kaelin a distance of 98 feet
to a point;
THENCE northerly along other land of Leander B. Glover, Jr. , 98 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE easterly along other land of Leander B. Glover, Jr. on a line parallel
with the southerly boundary of the premises herein described a distance of 98 feet to
a point;
RUNNING THENCE southerly along the westerly side of Cox Lane a distance of 98 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises transfered to the party of the first part by
Deed dated November 29, 1983 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on January 6, 1984 in Liber 9491 at page 58.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
TAX MAP second part forever.
DESIGNATION
Dist. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
$m. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
Blk. as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
