as 04 41 Edwards Place, Huntington Station, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in coasidention of

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and relnse unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and impmvemnts thereon erected,situate,
lying andbeing in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of the parcel hereby
conveyed, at a point in the westerly line of Waterview Drive that
is aistant South 57 degrees 42 minutes West 320. feet from the
monument set at the intersection of the westerly line of Waterview
Drive with the southerly iine of Waterview Drive as It turns to the
creek,
and running thence South 57 degrees 42 minutes West a dis-
tance of 100. feet along the westerly line of Waterview Drive to
a point, thence running North 38 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds
West a distance of about 325. feet to noose Creek,
thence running northerly along Goose Creek a distance of
about 100. feet to a point that lies in a line running North
38 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds West from the point of beginning,
thence running South 38 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds East
a distance of about 350. feet to the point or place of beginning.
Except therefrom so much thereof as was conveyed to Sohn vs. Doyle
and Helen d. Doyle by Mary Weiss in deed dated 12-30-60 and recoraed
1-5-62 in Liber 4930 cp 593.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part in Waterview Drive adjoining said premises on the
east to .he center line thereof, and in tae waters and lands under
water of Goose Creek adjoining said premises on the west to the
center line thereof.
Being and intended to be same premises conveyed oy deed by
Eastern Suffolk Reeity, Inc. to Iviary Neiss, dated the 27th day of
Au;,ust, 1960 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County
Of Suffolk on September lst, 1960 in Libsr 4867 at page 447, less
the exception mentioned abw e.

roads abutting the abuse described premise to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the apportmanaa and an the assume and rights of the party of the first part in and to
g said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted auto the party of the wood part,the heirs or
sucrrssors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
i A purchase money mortgage in the a.nount of x$2150.00 was executed
and delivered by the grantees herein to the grantor herein in
part payment of the consideration for the premises herein described.
This mortgage is intended to be recorded simultaneously with this
deed.
