buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being north of the Village of Southold, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set in the northeasterly line of Mill
Creek Drive, distant 250 feet northeasterly and southeasterly as
measured along the northwesterly and northeasterly lines of said
Mill Creek Drive from the corner formed by the intersection of
the northeasterly line of Grove Road, extended southeasterly with
the northwesterly line of Mill Creek Drive, extended
southwesterly;
RUNNING THENCE North 16 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East, along
land now or formerly of Addimando, 128 feet to a dredged canal;
THENCE On a tie line course and distance of South 78 degrees 28
minutes East, along said dredged canal, 167.77 feet to land of
Verostek;
THENCE South 39 degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds West, along last
mentioned land, 183 feet to a concrete monument set in the
northeasterly line of Mill Creek Drive;
THENCE North 58 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds West, 100 feet to
the iron pipe at the point or place of BEGINNING.
