BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Summer Lane distant 283.22 feet Southerly as measured
along the Easterly side of Sununer Lane from the comer formed by the intersection of the Easterly side of Summer
Lane and the Southerly side of North Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 64 degrees, 54 minutes, 30 seconds East, 108.71 feet to a point;
THENCE South 24 degrees, 52 minutes, 20 seconds West, 100.00 feet to a point;
THENCE North 64 degrees, 54 minutes, 30 seconds West 109.10 feet to the Easterly side of Summer
