ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Deep Hole Drive at the northeast
corner of the premises herein described adjoining land of Stephen King, formerly
Wilhelmina Dietz on the East;
RUNNING THENCE along said land, South 6 degrees 39 minutes 20 seconds West,
326.16 feet to ordinary high water mark of Deep Hole Creek;
RUNNING THENCE Northwesterly along said ordinary high water mark the following
three courses and distances:
1. North 55 degrees 13 minutes 04 seconds West, 101.88 feet;
2. North 35 degrees 35 minutes 51 seconds West, 75.06 feet;
3. North 00 degrees 43 minutes 14 seconds East, 45.19 feet to land now or formerly of
Gladys Dickerson;
RUNNING THENCE along said land, North 16 degrees 05 minutes East, 184.56 feet
to the southerly line of Deep Hole Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along said line on a curve to the left having a radius of 330.0
feet, a distaricg of 54.24 feet and continuing thence along said line, South 83 degrees
20 minutes 40,seconds East, 60.76 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to
waters and the land under water of Deep Hole Creek lying in front of and adjoining the
above described premises.
The policy to be issued under this report will insure the title to such buildings and
