ALL that certain plot. piece or pamel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate lying and being in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No, 6 on
a certain map entitled, "Map of Forestbmok at Bayview", and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 15, 2004 as Map No, 11119, being
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING a:t a point on the northerly side of North Bayview Road at the
extreme southwesterly end of a curve connecting the westerly side of Red Fawn
Road with the northerly side of North Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE along {he northerly side of North Bayvlew Road North 73
degrees 27 minutes 40 seconds West, 269.24 feet to the division line between
