Running thence along said division line, North 43 degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds West. 292.00 feat to the

Running thence along said division line in a northeasterly and eaaterty direction along the arc of a curve
bearing to the right having a radius of 352.00 feet · distance of 382.96 feet to the division line between Lots 3

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
