Shipule; RUNNING TI-IENCE along said other land of Joseph A. Shipule South 68 degrees, 50 minutes 00 seconds East 225.0 feet to a point marked by a monument on the westerly side of North Road to Bayview; RUNNING THENCE along said westerly side of North Road to Bayview South 21 deglxes 10 minutes 00 seconds West 244.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
