WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party'of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold , County of Suffolk , New York ,
known and designated as and by the Plots Nos . 271 to 276 , both
inclusive , on a certain map entitled , "Map of Goose Bay Estates"
in the Town of Southold , Suffolk County , New York , said map being
made by Lewis N . Waters , L. S . of Oyster Bay , L. I . , New York , dated
September 12 , 1934 , and filed in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on the 13th day of November , 1934 , as and by the
Map No . 1176 (Abstract No . 1197) .
The grantor herein being the surviving spouse of the
grantor , Melvin Ortner , and being the same person as the
grantee in deed dated September 5 , 1978, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office , Liber 8493 , Page 129 .

the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
cration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the'cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the intprovenient before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
