residing at 555 Lupen Drive, Cutchogue, New York 11935 (as

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingia2im at East Cutchogue, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, and known and designated as Lot Number Three (3) on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Section 1 , Hickory Acres at East
Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York" surveyed by Otto W. Van Tuyl,
D.E. & S. , Greenport, New York, on December 16, 1960 , filed in
the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office, New York on April 20, 1961 ,
as Map No. 3325 .
SUBJECT TO any state of facts an accurate survey may show.
SUBJECT TO covenants, restrictions and conditions set forth in
the deed dated March 23 , 1966, made by Flora S. Luce and George L.
Penny, III to Paul Stoutenburgh and Barbara S. Stoutenburgh, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on June 15, 1966
at Liber 5874 Page 223 .
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as was conveyed to the
grantor herein by deed from Paul Stoutenburgh and Barbara S.
Stoutenburgh dated December 22 , 1982 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk' s Office on December 23 , 1982 in Liber 9289 at Page
172 .
PREMISES more commonly known as 305 Lupen Drive, Cutchogue, New
York 11935 .
