Waters, L.S., of Oyster Bey, Long Isisnd~.New York, dated September 12", lg34, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 13' day of November, 1934, as and by the Map Number 1176 Being and intended to be the same pmmisas conveyed to John M. Brsdemeyer and Helen M. Bredemeyer, his wife, by dead dated May 14, 1940 and recorded in the Suffolk County Cierk's Office on June 5, 1940 in Ubar 2130 of Deade at page 372, the said John M. Bredemayer having died, a resident of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on August 10, 1967, survived by his wife, Helen M. Bmdameyer, the grantor herein.
