and 257 on a certain map entitled, 'Map of Goose Bay Estates', in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
Yo~rk, said map being mm:le by Lewis N. Waters, L.S., of Oyster Bey, Long Isisnd~.New York, dated September
12", lg34, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 13' day of November, 1934, as
and by the Map Number 1176
Being and intended to be the same pmmisas conveyed to John M. Brsdemeyer and Helen M. Bredemeyer, his
wife, by dead dated May 14, 1940 and recorded in the Suffolk County Cierk's Office on June 5, 1940 in Ubar
2130 of Deade at page 372, the said John M. Bredemayer having died, a resident of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, on August 10, 1967, survived by his wife, Helen M. Bmdameyer, the grantor herein.
TOGETHER with all right, litts end interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in end to any almets and roads
abutting the above desatbed premises to the center lines thereof;, TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and
also ell the estate which the said decedent had at the lime of decedent's death in said premises, end also the
astata therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or
by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second past forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the flret part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered In any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
flint part will receive the cenalderalion for this conveyance and will hold the rkJht to receive such oonsldemlion
as a trust lund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement end will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
puq~oee. The ~ 'party' shall be conslmed as if it mad 'parlias' whenever the sense of this Indenture so
requires.
