Brsdemeyer and Helen M. Bredemeyer, his wife, by dead dated May 14, 1940 and recorded in the Suffolk County Cierk's Office on June 5, 1940 in Ubar 2130 of Deade at page 372, the said John M. Bredemayer having died, a resident of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on August 10, 1967, survived by his wife, Helen M. Bmdameyer, the grantor herein.
