1988 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 1. 1968 in Liber

JOHN J. MclVER died a resident of Suffolk County on April 21, 2002 and JOHN PAUL
MclVER was appointed the Executrix of his estate by the Surrogate's Court of Suffolk
County und,er File No. 843 P 2002.
HELENE MclVER, the predeceased Spouse of JOHN U. MclVER and joint tenant, died a
resident of Suffolk County.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abusing the above d~scribed premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's
death in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the pa~ of the first part has or has
or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of said will or otherv~ise; TO
HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
euccesaor~ and assigns of the part~ of the second part forever.
AND the part~ of the first part covenants that the'party of the first pa~t has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, ~xcept as
aforesaid.
