by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

BEGINNING at a stake whic'a marks the Southwesterly corner of the

RUNNING THENCE Southerly along the Westerly line of Peconic Lane

THENCE Westerly at right angles to said Westerly line of Peconic

stake and land owned jointly by Rich and Day;

on the Southerly line of North Road;

parcels of land taken by the County of Suffolk for the widening of
Riverhead-Greenport Road (Middle Road) , C.R. 27, Parcel #A & B,
N,ap f131R, bounded and described as follows:
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Torn of Southolc
County of Suffolk, State of New York, for the reconstruction of
Riverhead-Greenport Road (Middle Road) , County Road No. 27, as shozn
on Map No. 131R and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly boundary of the existing
Riverhead-Greenport Road (Middle Road) , said point being 60.00 feet
distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from Station 349 + 38 +
of the hereinafter described survev center line of the proposed rec3n-
struction of Riverhead-Greenport Road (Middle Road) County Road No . 27;
THENCE Westerly 43 more or less feet to a point on the division line
between the lands of Frances Overton Rich, reputed owner on the East,
and the lands of F. F. Overton Estate, reputed owner on the West, the
last mentioned point being 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at
right angles, from Station 348 + 95 $ of the said center line;
THENCE Northerly along said division line 01 more or less feet to its
intersection with the Southerly boundary of said existing road, the
last mentioned point being 59 more or less feet +distant Southerly,
measured at right angles, from Station 348 + 95 - of said center line;
THENCE Easterly along the last mentioned boundary of said existing
road 43 more or less feet to the point of BEGINNING.

right angles, from Station 350 + 70 ± of the hereinafter described
survey. center line of the proposed reconstruction of Riverhead-Greenport
Road (Middle Road) County Road No. 27;
THENCE Southerly along said boundary line of Peconic Mill Lane 20
more or less feet to a point 83. 00 feet distant Southerly, measured at
right angles, from Station 350 + 70 ± of said center line;

Party of the first part is the same person as the grantee named in
the deed dated March 29, 1939 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk June 23, 1939 in Liber 2046, page 465 of
Conveyances.
Parties of the second part have under even date herewith executed
and delivered to the party of the first part their purchase money
mortgage intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
