THIS INDENTURE, made the 20th day of November, in the year 2001, between
RAYMOND M. REALTY CORP. with an office for the conduct of business located at 42155 Main Road, Peconick,
New York 11958, of party of the first part, and
LAJIBRDA, LLC. with an office for th~ conduct of business located at ~'~'

IF1TNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars dollars, lawful money of the United
States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being at Peconic, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the comer formed by the intersection of the Northerly side of Main Road CNew York State Route
25) and the Easterly side of Peconic Lane and from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along the Easterly side of,Peconic Lane North 30 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West
383.00 feet to land now formerly of Gozelski;
THENCE along said land the following two (2) courses and distances:
1. North 60 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 362.43 feet;
2. South 30 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 310.30 feet to the NoCtherly side of Main Road;
THENCE along the Northerly side of Main Rode, South 48 degrees 39 minutes and 30 seconds West 369.65 feet to
the comer aforesaid, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises as conveyed to the grantors herein by deed dated October 31, 1995
and recorded on November 27, 1995 in Liber 11751 p. 859, in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office·

AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything wbereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
p yment of the cost of the tmprovement before using any part of thee total of the same for any other purpose
