THIS INDENTURE, made the `2 day of May, nineteen hundred and ninety-seven

Revocable Trust dated June 9, 1988, residing at 552 North Santa Anna Street, Mesa, Arizona,

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN PLOT, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Hamlet of
Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York known and designated as
Lot No. 43 on a certain map entitled "Map of Laurel Park" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on October 5, 1925 as Map Number 212, said lot being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of North Oakwood Road where the same is
intersected by the division line between lots 42 and 43 as shown on the aforesaid map, said point
or place of beginning being distant 680 feet northerly as measured along the easterly side of North
Oakwood Road from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of North Oakwood
Road with the northerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the easterly side of North
Oakwood Road North 19 degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds West 80.00 feet to the division line
between lots 43 and 44;
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned division line North 69 degrees 08 minutes 40
seconds East 191.00 feet to the shore line of Brushes Creek(as of 4/21/97);
RUNNING THENCE along Brushes Creek the following tie line courses and distances:
South 19 degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds East 80.00 feet to the division line first above
mentioned; and thence along said division line south 69 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds west 191
feet to the easterly side of North Oakwood Road, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated June 9, 1988 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October
4, 1988 in Liber 10705 page 329.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to
receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of
the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year
first above written.
