Said point also being where same is intersected by the division line betweenqlots
50 & 51 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE North':70 degrees 46' 40" West, along said division line,
221.25 feet;
THENCE North 26 degrees 15' 40" East, 100.76 feet to lot No. 49 on said mapf
THENCE South 70 degrees 46' 40" East, 208.90 feet to the westerly side of
Brigantine Drive;
THENCE South 19 degrees 13' 20" West, along the westerly side of Brigantine
Drive, 100.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SAID PREMISES ALSO KNOWN AS 1010 Brigantine Drive, Southold, New York 11971.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by'Deed dated January 11, 1988 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on January 25, 1988 in Liber 10524 cp 190.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to aoy strems and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER wi,th the appurtenances
and all tbe estate and rights of the party of the first par in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein graoted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

whereby the said premises have been encumbered 'in anyway whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
