BEGINNING at a monument on thc westerly side of Robinson Lane where the division

being distant 425.20 feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the
southerly side of Indian Neck Road and the westerly side of Robinson Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Robinson Lane, South 16 degrees 16
