THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed C 141)( 1/ 1 1997, by JOHN
ZAWASKY and DOROTHY V. ZAWASKY, his wife, ' whose post office address is

JOHN ZAWASKY and DOROTHY V. ZAWASKY, as Trustees of their Trust
Agreement dated April 24, 1997, whose post office address is 4849

WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10 . 00) , in hand paid by the said second party,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release
and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in and to the
following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in the COUNTY OF SUFFOLK, STATE OF NEW YORK, to-wit :
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northeasterly line of Oak Street, 300.0
feet southeasterly along said northeasterly line from the souteasterly line of
Youngs Avenue, being the southeasterly corner of land of Walter Armbrust; running
along said land of Armbrust, North 39 degrees 29' 20" East 209.14 feet to a stake
and land of Armstrong;
thence along said land of Armstrong and land of Reyer South 70 degrees 00' East
105.80 feet to land of Ruthinoski; thence along land of Ruthinoski, south 39 degrees
29' 20" West 237.36 feet to the northeasterly line of Oak Street; thence along said
northeasterly line of Oak Street North 54 degrees 34' 20" West 100. 0 feet to the
point of BEGINNING.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES conveyed to the party of the first part herein by deed of
FLORENCE GAYDOSIK dated November 1, 1979, recorded November 1, 1979 in Liber 8731, page
198 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County.
The address of the premises: 290 Oak Street, Mattituck, New York.
Subject to easements and restrictions of record.

FULL POWER AND AUTHORITY is granted by this deed to said Trustees
or the Successor Trustee of said Trust Agreement to protect, conserve,
sell, lease, improve, to convey either with or without consideration, to
mortgage, pledge or otherwise encumber said property, and to manage and
dispose of the real property or any part of it described in this
recorded instrument .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all
the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever of
the said first party, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit and behoof of the said second party forever.
