55 I, more particularly bounded nnd described as follows:
BEGINNING at n point on the westerly line of Private Road, distant 1200.00 feet
southerly from the ~ntersectlon of the southerly line of Indian Neck Road with the'
westerly line of Private road. said point being where the division line between Lot 25 and
Lot 7.3 intersects the westerly line of Private Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along the w~tedy line of Private
Road South 10 degrees 23 minutes East 100.0 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE along the division line between Lot 25 and Lot 27 South 79
degrees 37 minutes West 174.67 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE along the division line between Lot ~ and Lots 7 and 8 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Arrowhead cove" Map No. 3810 North 7 degrees 00
minutes West 100.18 feet to n point;
RUNNING THENCE along the division line between LOt 25 and Lot 23 North 79
degrees 37 minutes East 168.'76 feet to n point on the westerly line of Private Road, the
Point or place of BEGINNING.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Grantors by
Deed dated Jnnuary 12, 1996 nnd recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
January 18. 1996in L,iber 11758 page 653 .
Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof;
Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and fights of the party of the first part
in and to said premL,~xn;
To have and to hold thc premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, thc
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or
suffered anything whereby the .~tid p~remises have been encumbered in any way whatever,
except as aforesaid.
And the party of the first part, in compliance with S~tion 13 of the Lien Law. covenanls
that the party or' the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will
